QUOTABLE QUOTES
Brethren there is urgency in my Spirit to sound this alarm…..There is time no longer. The Lord is He is preparing for the end. The lord is anxious to let us know the urgency of the times we are in and the need for complete obedience. We must learn to walk with the father. Jesus said I do nothing of my own but what I hear that I do. The church needs to hear, and understand what the master is saying. When we hear and obey him, we will know with out a doubt that all things walk together for good and all our struggles will cease. One thing we should realise is that the Lord will not strive with you. Any church that is not ready to move with him He leaves behind. We must be ready to give our all. ThekingdomofGodis at hand
Da 12:9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.v10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.
The Lord was explaining to Daniel that at the time of the end, many shall be purified and made white. So it is brethren, many of us are and have been purified and are being made white but the same passage also says, those that are made white and purified shall also be tried. The passage also points out that it is the wise that shall understand. Who are the wise? The wise are those who know that there is no more time, the wise are those that are careful with their walk with the master, the wise are those who know that God resists the proud but giveth grace to the humble. The wise are those that can hear and interpret the command of the master. Many of us are playing around enjoying the pleasures and presence of the Lord in our meetings and as we go around daily, but are we hearing and listening to what the master is saying? Remember what Jesus said to His disciples when they rejoiced that the devils were subject to them. Jesus told them; rather rejoice that your names are written in the book of life.
God is looking at our measure of obedience to His word. Say not to yourself oh I have come out of the denominations (Babylon) so I am okay. 2Ti 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. v2 for men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
These days we seem to be lovers of ourselves, how then can you explain how that we can attend to so many things in the course of the day and when we are tired and spent, ready to retire then we kneel down and pray for 30 minutes or less. It ought not to be so, we should give God first place, and we should give him our strength. For us to manifest Gods power we must give Him our time and strength. We must give our strength to ensure that men are delivered from hell.
We have the power and ability deposited in us. We must go out into the harvest. The limitations upon our lives are due to our many distractions. May God deliver His people. We must address these things if we are to arise in power. It is a narrow way but Jesus leads the way. As we yield to him completely we shall overcome.

PERFORMING THE PURPOSE IN THE LORD’S HEART
Lu 19:29 and it came to pass, when he was come nigh to Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount called the mount of Olives, he sent two of his disciples, v30 Saying, Go ye into the village over against you; in the which at your entering ye shall find a colt tied, whereon yet never man sat: loose him, and bring him hither. v31 And if any man asks you, why do ye loose him? Thus shall ye say unto him, because the Lord hath need of him. v32 And they that were sent went their way, and found even as he had said unto them. Brethren, as we see the mighty works the Lord is doing, through our feeble attempts to reach out to others, I feel the need to remind us of the vision. The Lord has called us (separated us) not so that we can keep rejoicing about His goodness but He had a specific purpose for the work He has done in our lives. It is this purpose I wish to remind us of today.
The whole world is waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God. It is funny that we are expecting Christ to perform a work, when His people are not ready? God is looking out for that colt “whereon yet never man sat upon”, that is the only instrument that God can use to produce the revival that is expected at this time. In the above passage the colt had been tied. It had been limited (by men and devils). The length of the rope determined how far the colt could move. However God is saying, though the colt has been tied up to this point, now he brings liberty. PRAISE THE LORD. The master has made a proclamation GO, LOOSE HIM. God’s purpose is not for you to continue going round the same mountain, limited by the experience of the rope of your previous masters. The call is loud and clear, you are being set free; to perform the purpose that is in the heart of the Lord. On thing we must realise is that there is a contention going on in the heavens (see v 31). God gave an answer to those who challenged the liberty He declared: THE LORD HATH NEED OF HIM. HALLELUJAH. None could stop the order of the true owner .The colt was freed because the master had spoken.
After the colt was freed, he was led to the master who rode upon him intoJerusalem. Brethren the revival we seek will come when Christ is able to find men on whom He can ride upon intoJerusalem. ARE WE WILLING TO MAKE OURSELVES AVAILABLE? We must answer this question individually and as a group. The Lord has spoken: HE HAS NEED OF US. We must be ready to be the instruments through whom HE can reach His creation. We need to recall the word of the Lord to us several years ago. God gave a vision which showed a light beaming out of the delta regions ofNigeriato the rest ofAfrica. This is a call not to let this light die. The onus is on us brethren to rededicate ourselves to what God is interested in at this time: THE LORD HAS NEED OF YOU.
People will acknowledge the Lord, when a people submit themselves to be ridden upon by Christ. In Mathew 21 v 7 – 9 we see that it was only when Christ rode on the colt that people started shouting Hosanna in the highest. We must be willing to be the colt. The scriptures in Mark 11 v 3b, also in Luke 19 v 30 b used the phrase “whereon never man sat”. In many Churches you find men being ridden (ruled) by their fellow men. You could describe them as being tied like the colt. But God is calling a people who have not allowed themselves to be ridden upon; they are the ones the Lord is calling to bring a message of deliverance from the bondage of men to the body of Christ. The fact that God has been delivering us from being ridden upon by men should encourage us to ensure our fellow men know and enjoy the same measure of liberty and deliverance we have.
In fact we should be humbled by the amount of knowledge and revelation the lord has blessed us with. We need to be willing to re examine our commitment to the vision and be willing to make the necessary sacrifice to run with it. We recall what the Lord told us in this fellowship at the beginning, that our experiences will be more like a training school. The Lord Jesus shared His life with you, so that you can go out and also share your life with others. The intention is that as we are trained, we are sent out to share these experiences. This way of experiential knowledge is quite distinct from the formal bible school with emphasis on theories which most Christians are used to. We see that the daily experience the Lord takes us through is our own bible school: you learn by practical experience. This was how God trained David and he was able to face and defeat Goliath. David learnt by experience. God’s delivered him from the bear and the lion, and by inference he knew that God will deliver him from any other beast, including Goliath.
As the colt Jesus rode on entered intoJerusalemthe people hailed by shouting hosanna. An important point to emphasize here is not “the hailing” by the people but what purpose the entering of JESUS intoJerusalemwas to accomplish. The colt carried Him straight to the temple where immediately He started cleansing the temple of the trafficking. THE PURPOSE WAS TO CLEANSE. For without the cleansing there can be no revival. The buying and selling going on in the church has to cease, the House of the Lord is supposed to be a house of prayer. So we can not rest on our oars, when the people of God need to hear the word of the Lord. All hands must be on deck to stop the buying and selling in the house of the Lord. God’s house must indeed be a true house of prayer to all people. For ourselves too, we must be preparing our hearts. The buying and selling in our own hearts must also stop. The lameness and blindness in our own hearts also needs to be healed. Praise God, that as we submit ourselves to the dealings of God in our lives, as we allow ourselves to be used of Christ, He will heal the sick, cause the blind to see, the lame to walk and the deaf to hear.
The revival we seek in the church today will come if we can purge the church of the buying and selling which has now become the legitimate business of church people. We need to do the first work of seeking thekingdomofGodand His righteousness rather than these other things. Our God has no pleasure in them. God raised the Leviticus priesthood.
(Lev 21 v 4) They were not to shave their heads and were to comply strictly with a set of laid down rules. The purpose of this separation was so that they may stand before God on behalf of the people and to intercede on their behalf. If the priests after being separated, refused to carry out their priestly duties then it would have meant that the separation was of no use. We separate our self for the purpose of giving God something (an offering). This was exactly what the Lord Jesus did. He allowed God to separate him from sin and brought God the righteous offering of his own blood. Imagine if Jesus stopped at just separating himself from sin? We all would be lost. May God forbid that our separation from sin would end up being unprofitable.
God is doing a work in our lives for the purpose of ensuring that we also go out and bring this good news to others, we therefore need to we need to rise out off this place of slumber, submit to the dealings of God and begin to carry this burden of spreading the gospel of the kingdom.
THE MINISTRY OF THOSE CAST OUT FROM THE SYSTEMS OF MEN
At a time there was famine inIsrael. God sent a word through His prophet that the next day there will be plenty. A particular prominent man of that country was full of doubt and asked, how possible it will be for such a great famine to end in just a day and food be provided for many. But our God is a God of the impossible. He will bring to pass that which He says He will do. There were four lepers outside the gate of that city who were cast away because of their leprous condition. Nobody had respect or dealings with lepers. Yet at the appointed time it was through these lepers that the good news of the miracle of God’s provision of food came to the inhabitants of the city ofSamaria.
v2Ki 7:3 And there were four leprous men at the entering in of the gate: and they said one to another, Why sit we here until we die?
v4 If we say, We will enter into the city, then the famine is in the city, and we shall die there: and if we sit still here, we die also. Now therefore come, and let us fall unto the host of the Syrians: if they save us alive, we shall live; and if they kill us, we shall but die.
v 5 And they rose up in the twilight, to go unto the camp of the Syrians: and when they were come to the uttermost part of the camp of Syria, behold, there was no man there.
v 6 For the Lord had made the host of the Syrians to hear a noise of chariots, and a noise of horses, even the noise of a great host: and they said one to another, Lo, the king of Israel hath hired against us the kings of the Hittites, and the kings of the Egyptians, to come upon us.
v7 Wherefore they arose and fled in the twilight, and left their tents, and their horses, and their asses, even the camp as it was, and fled for their life.
v 8 And when these lepers came to the uttermost part of the camp, they went into one tent, and did eat and drink, and carried thence silver, and gold, and raiment, and went and hid it; and came again, and entered into another tent, and carried thence also, and went and hid it.
v 9 Then they said one to another, We do not well: this day is a day of good tidings, and we hold our peace: if we tarry till the morning light, some mischief will come upon us: now therefore come, that we may go and tell the king’s household.
So it will be in this time, the people who have separated themselves will be the instruments God will use to bring THIS NEWS OF THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM. At the time the lepers discovered the food, the people ofIsraelwere in bed, they had locked up for the night so whether there was plenty outside or not they had no way of knowing. These four lepers who were outside at the gate, who had already given up all their rights and worldly claims, who recognised that the systems of men had nothing to offer them nor did they want anything to do with the others.
Because of their leprous state, they were at the point where their lives did not matter to them. That was why they were able to take the risk to go into the enemy’s camp. God is looking for such daring people, people whom this life means nothing and who are ready to go out and declare the salvation of our God.
Brethren we have been fed sufficiently by the Lord and we do not well if we keep this food to ourselves. The time has come for us to go and share with others. We must sit down and reassess our philosophies, and place it side by side with the purpose of God for our lives. W must ensure we are running in the right direction.
Let us not underrate ourselves but let us rise up to the challenge and allow God to use us. Many of us have been tied down by the affairs of this life but hear ye the word of the lord THE MASTER HAS NEED OF YOU. There is no need to trouble your self about the How? Remember that once the master speaks all must obey. The masters who have hitherto been in charge of us have no choice but to obey the voice of the SUPREME MASTER …Loose him!!! And if we have any challenge all we need to say is THE MASTER HAS NEED OF ME. Brethren hear ye the word of the Lord as a fellowship (or as individuals) the Lord has need of us. We only need to make ourselves available.
There is no need to be fear. If men ask “by whose authority do you do these things?” The authority is the word of God made flesh in us by practice. The word of God that has been tried in your life, that has brought forth deliverance to you, that you have tasted, even and the word life that God has worked into you all these years will speak for itself at the appointed time. Aaron’s rod spoke in that day he was challenged. What Aaron did was to throw down His rod and that dead stick brought forth life in the form of buds, flowers and almonds. All we need to do is, have faith that He will bring to pass that which HE has promised and by throwing down the word, the Lord has given us and like Aaron’s rod it will surely bud and bring forth the desired fruit. Remember in Aaron’s time those gainsayers who also threw down their rods at the same time Aaron did, had nothing from their rods. Their rods remained dead sticks and did not bud for it is God that gives the increase.
Contribution from bro Ebere ( laka convention in Sierra Leone 2009)
There is a joyful song in my heart, it is from Psalms 89 v 15 to 18, It is one of those song Gods Spirit gives and when the Spirit gives a song and you sing it, you know because it strikes a cord in your soul. It is a word of victory; it declares that the people that hear it are blessed.
IT GOES LIKE THIS:
Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O LORD, in the light of thy countenance.
v16 In thy name shall they rejoice all the day: and in thy righteousness shall they be exalted.
v17 For thou art the glory of their strength: and in thy favour our horn shall be exalted.
v18 For the LORD is our defence; and the Holy One of Israel is our king.
THE INTERPRETATION IS THIS:
It means that the people that have insight into what God is saying now , they will be able to walk in the light of Gods countenance, in the favour of God, they will rejoice in the name of God al the day long and in Gods righteousness they will be established nothing will shake them and the lord becomes their defence, He becomes their fortification ,He becomes their all .
AMEN
PAYS TO REMEMBER…
If God is giving us responsibilities then it means that we must be alive to those responsibilities.
The question is are we ready? Are we awake? The fire of God is lacking in our midst, there is a lot of sleeping and slumbering. God is telling us today that He is giving us an enormous responsibility, there is dire need for us to wake and stop playing church. God will not commit things of eternal consequence to a people who are not alive and ready for the battle ahead. God will not commit that which is precious to pigs. This is not a mater that you can handle with a lackadaisical attitude i.e. when it is convenient for me then I do it if not it has to wait. No, no. It is a matter of life or death for some. Your response will cause a win or lose. Duty calls brethren, for ministry to a people who are spiritually hungry; are yearning and crying for the true word of the Lord? We are receiving freely from the lord valuable ministries. Brethren we have more than enough spiritual food. May we arise out of this Satan’s induced slumber and begin to go out with the word. The scripture in Luke gives a vivid description of a people who tethered on one spot, running around in circles and eating the same grass. God is saying it is time to lose him. We see two owners contending for one colt (you). It is you who will determine who wins the ownership battle over your life. God has already given the word of release: “Loose him and let him go”.
But are YOU READY TO GO? We look for excuses not to do the will of God. If a fast is announced right now some will say ‘oh I am sick, one who is sick cannot fast”. If a night vigil is called the excuse is “I have worked through the day so I am very tired I can not come”. How then can we say that we are going for oil? Brethren if the horse men (e.g. our secular jobs) weary us, then what shall we do in the swelling of Jordan ( e.g. when the jihad of Islam stares us in the face) .Do you know that in some countries there is a so called welfare programme going on? Men are told to renounce Christianity and accept Islam in order to qualify for good loan to run their business. When a man who loves money is given such an ultimatum, surely you know what his response will be. Brethren let us not wait for Islam to over run our country .The church must wake up and bind the spirits lest our neighbours and land be overtaken .We need to sound this trumpet in the land We must be ready to be loosed from the things that tie us down (the worries, cares etc) and the sins that so easily beset us, so we can run to do the bidding of the lord. Today the ownership battle must come to an end. Satan must loose us according to the word of the lord; our flesh also must loose us; according to the word of the Lord. The ownership structure must change today. From our insides, we must ask ourselves certain questions if we are serious about cutting loose. Who and what controls our life? Who is riding on you? Who controls your desires, passions or emotions? Who dictates your taste and the things you appreciate in life. Who is really in charge of your life? What is the purpose of your labours? The colt had a direction and a master controlling it. Its destination wasJerusalem. Where are you really going? Is the master riding on your back? May God deliver us from being busy doing nothing. Is their a progressive change for the better or in the last ten years do you find you still have your old personalities intact? Or are your ways still the same, just struggling with the same old sins year in year out? May the chains that keep us bound be cut loose in Jesus name. God wants to bring deliverance to us, let us rise up to the occasion. For the ability to carry the responsibilities before us depends on how much we are able to stand before God. How much time do you spending before God interceding for your self and the brethren? Are you able to stand in the presence of the lord for up to one hour in prayer? There are great spiritual and physical needs that need to be overcome in the place of prayer. This is the time to arise out of the dust. BRETHREN IT IS TIME TO SEEK THE LORD UNTIL HE REIGNS RIGHTEOUSNESS UPON US. THIS IS THE TIME OF JUBILEE; THE TIME FOR THE OPPRESSED TO GO FREE. WE COME TO YOU OH GOD, FOR A RELEASE FROM THE WORRIES, THE CARES, THE PERPLEXITIES, THE THINGS THAT WAY UPON OUR HEARTS. WE RECEIVE THIS PROPHETIC WORD OF JUBILEE UPON OUR LIVES AND WE SAY IT IS TIME FOR US TO GO FREE IN JESUS NAME WE PRAY.
